Citrus peel on the nose followed by layers of soft vanilla. This crystal-clear spirit has the smooth, medium-light body and clean flavor profile of a classic wheat vodka. The bite of crisp pepper evolves into a long finish of caramel, lemon and orange zest. We filter our vodka once using minimal charcoal to retain the character of locally-sourced grain, while our fractioning still ensures a superior clarity and sharply-focused structure.
