Mezcal Carreño Ensamble 7

Awarded "Best Mezcal" at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2020 along with Double Gold Medal. Mezcal Carreño Ensamble 7 is a one-of-a-kind blend made with seven species Espadín, Tobalá, Tobasiche, Tepeztate, Coyote, Lumbre & Cuishe. These seven wild agaves represent the seven sisters of the Carreño family. The agaves are evenly weighed out to have a balance of flavor. Then cooked together in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, open-air fermented in pine vats, and double distilled in copper stills.
