The initial nose is characterised by exceptional freshness and great liveliness, with the harmonious pairing of notes of pear and citrus – lemon, grapefruit and tangerine peel – delicately heightened and rounded by notes of sweet spices (cinnamon, clove) and vanilla. After swirling, the nose becomes richer with more pronounced candied notes of prunes and raisins.
