Award winning. Impeccably smooth. Manifest organic straight rye whiskey is made using a 60% north American Rye and 40% American wheat, both sourced through a co-op of Organic growers. The large portion of wheat grain softens the taste of a typically punchy spirit giving it a sweet tropicality. Each bottle is cooked, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled in Jacksonville, Florida in a combination of 30 and 53 gallon charred white oak casks.
