Apple brandy is the original New England spirit and the reason we started the distillery at Cold Spring Farm in Warren, Vermont. We source apple cider from Vermont sources, and ferment and distill it in our Muller brandy still. We age the brandy in NEW oak barrels, just like our whiskey. The result is an American spin on a European style dry apple brandy that we call Mad Apple, A Wicked Vermont Apple Brandy. Winner, Good Food Awards.
