Loonshine is a craft organic whiskey with a wheat and barley grain bill. Through closed fermentation, extended resting on white oak staves and filtration through house made birch charcoal, it produces a very unique, soft and enjoyable whiskey flavor. Itʼs similar to Irish and Scottish style whiskies, while far from traditional, corn white whiskies.
