Oak vanilla peanuts and raisins taste: honey allspice leather and mint body: thin finish: a very clean black pepper burn that lingers only slightly personality: janis joplin 45% abv 90 proof impression: a great texas whiskey. The nose is reminiscent of a classic kentucky whiskey and the palatal experience is smooth and easy to drink. Even though it starts out on a sweet note it finishes well with a bit of black pepper and mint.
