Vernal Gin brings the traditional flavors of tonic water into the fold. Lemongrass is forefront, alongside citrus peel. Ginger and Allspice dance in the background while Red Cinchona Bark provides the hint of bitterness and lovely pink hue. Add soda water, a dash of sweetener, and lime for a G&T like unlike any. – and expect that pink hue to turn yellow with the addition of citrus juice or anything acidic.
