Distilled from organic rye and a pinch of organic wheat, this spirit is intentionally aged for no more than a couple of weeks in a combination of used charred oak barrels and toasted oak barrels that are made with white American oak. This process allows the spice of the rye and the sweetness of the wheat to shine through with just a kiss of oak. Light, crisp and smooth with dark fruit aromatics on the nose, rye spice on the finish.
