Hanson of Sonoma Organic Habanero Vodka

Some like it hot – and so do we. We like to keep things interesting, so in 2016 we decided to dump a whole bunch of chilies into our vodka and see how things turned out. Spoiler alert: it went well. Seven varieties of organic peppers including habaneros are sourced as locally as possible, then hand-chopped and given a long soak in our Organic Original Vodka. No chili powder or syrups here. How it tastes: Like heat and spice and everything nice. Sweet and savory, the peppers come through strong on the nose and palate but are balanced by a hint of lemongrass on the finish.
