Golden Moon Colorado Apple Jack is distilled from apples grown in Colorado using a small French brandy distilled from the 1930s. The apple spirit is then lightly oak aged, just enough to mellow the spirit without losing the apple character.
We only distill a small amount of this special spirit each year, so quantities are limited.
