Bottled in 2010. Sheltered by a ruined castle in the small town of Rothes, Glen Spey began life as a mill. Water for distilling here comes from the Doonie Burn. Aging in first-fill American oak has given this unusually deep-flavored bottling rare complexity, sweet richness, and great depth. Only 5844 bottles.
