Glass Nectar Vodka

Award-winning Glass Vodka is infused post distillation with all natural, hand-gathered honey from hives in western Washington. The taste profile is delicately sweet and reflects the individual source from which the honey bees gather the nectar. As a result, every batch of Glass Nectar Vodka is a vintage expression of not only the source, but of the season during the year. In the spring, the bees pollenate and gather nectar from raspberry fields in southwestern Washington. Come summer, the hives are transported in order to have the bees work specific lavender fields. The bees spend the autumnal months working the milkweed which populates the many riverbanks of western Washington. At 40% ABV/80 Proof, we crafted this spirit as a vodka that provides an elegant, warm and gently sweet finish. Approximately one ounce of pure honey is the only ingredient added to Glass Vodka in order to create this delectable nectar of the Gods.
