Made in the spirit of the forgotten about style of Monongahela Rye, everything you would want to know about the whiskey is right on the package, made from 85% Flag Hill grown rye and 15% malted barley. It is aged in small batches of 4 – 53 gallon barrels. This allows every batch to maintain a level of consistency but still be exciting release to release. Always made by us, never sourced and never compromising quality.
This whiskey is pure butterscotch on the nose. A small sip reveals soft, buttery, honey notes, a little bit of weight and a sweet drying finish. Made with Flag Hill grown rye and a whole lot of attention.
