This award-winning new American style gin is distilled from organic wheat and barley to produce a clean yet fruity base spirit. We run a second distillation on our smaller 75 gallon still adding botanicals such as lavender, bay leaf, thyme and lemon. The result is a spirit that has floral aromas with a savory, complex body and a zesty, citrus finish. Awarded a Gold medal at the 2019 SIP Awards

Delicious American gin! Light on the juniper with an appreciable fruitiness and a medium alcohol bite. Not for sipping in my house but the perfect gin for a heavy-poured g&t or tom collins. Martini lovers might want to find a smoother option.

It’s Gin , however not having appreciated for over 40 years this was a pleasant surprise. Tried it at a straight at tasting wow! A fan instantly. Try it for yourself the botanical notes are a tasty treat. Simply try with club soda a twist of lime, or however you enjoy your gin. Enjoy
