Our double-barrel aged Cornelius Peach is made from fresh picked peaches, pitted by hand and soaked in our Cornelius Applejack, then strained and put back in the barrel. Peach Applejack has a mellow sweetness with rich flavors of spice and oak. A true fruit spirit. Enjoy with tonic and lime or blend into a cosmopolitan. Some natural fruit sediment may occur. Aged 3 years, minimal filtration, no sugar and no additives. 100% Peaches & Apples.
