Real Carribean cocoa nibs are blended in Bourbon barrels with aged pure copper-pot-distilled grape brandy, then married for a minimum of 6 months in the barrel. The spirit is then diluted to proof using a custom steeping of cocoa nibs in warm reverse osomis water. The spirit is non-chill filtered, luscious but not syrupy or sticky, and infused with natural honey for sweetness and viscosity. 90 Proof with no added sugar, colors, glycerin or chocolate flavors. Dark chocolate all day long.
