California Courage Small Batch Vodka

California Courage is a naturally gluten free vodka made from 100% GMO free, organic corn. The vodka is distilled six times on a column still and a seventh time on a copper pot still that leaves the spirit with a clean, neutral, but slightly viscous and full mouthfeel. The corn provides a hint of sweetness similar. California Courage is then filtered through six 0.1 micron filter plates to remove impurities and leaves the vodka tasting extremely clean and smooth. California Courage is made to be a neural spirit that works great as a base for cocktails, particularly those using our line of craft bitters.
