Straight Rye aged for 4 years and finished for an additional 2 years. Matured in new American Oak barrels then double barrel finished in French oak casks previously used for maturing rich, 20 year Port in Portugal. Aroma rich in port, cocoa, dark cherries, toffee, chocolate and mature oak on the palate. Delicately spicy.
