Our 2009 Blackstone Sonoma Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is full of ripe flavors and soft round textures with notes of plum, cassis, cigar box, and vanilla. Oak aging contributes toasty spice overtones and plenty of smooth weight to the wine. This full-bodied red will nicely age for 7–10 years and go swimmingly with perfectly cooked steak and other red meats.
