Before prohibition, The Black Dirt Region was home to dozens of Apple Jack distilleries. Now, Black Dirt® 100% Apple Brandy carries on this local tradition. Distilled from 100% New York grown Jonagold Apples and aged at least 4 years in new charred American oak barrels. It has a soft caramel and oak mid-palate with a slight spiced finish. (50% ABV – 100 proof).
