Astral Pacific Gin

Distilled from Clementine Oranges. EVERYTHING IS BORN FROM THE STARS. Astral Pacific gin is also born from California clementines. Distilled in 250-gallon batches and infused with Juniper, Pink Peppercorn, Grapefruit Peel, Pistachio and other local botanicals, Astral Pacific is a traditional, juniper - forward gin that also expresses the rich landscape and ingenuity of California. Enjoy in a classic cocktail like a Negroni or on the rocks with just a slice of lime or fresh strawberry. The Spirit Guild is a small collection of distillers who, in collaboration with farmers and artists, create spirits, that celebrate the abundance and pioneering spirit of California. Our distillery is located in the Los Angeles Arts District on a site that once sustained the first orange groves in California.
