Rhubarb Tea Liqueur is an 80-proof spirit that's a blend of rhubarb, lemon, and beets, along with spices like cardamom, pink peppercorns, and coriander. It has a slight sweetness to it and a very subtle pink color. As for what to do with it? Mixed with just a little soda water, it makes a light early-evening drink. We've also made an interesting twist on a margarita with tequila, grapefruit juice, and splash of the Rhubarb Tea Liqueur.
