The process begins with the best selection of quality agaves that have reached a maturing stage of no less than 10 years. Following our tradition, the agaves are steam cooked for several days in stone ovens obtaining a very select extract which is distilled twice, followed by several years of slow aging in new French oak casks.When it reaches the peak of aging, the Tequila Master performs the "marriage" of the finest selection of aged tequilas.
