Skeptic® Gin is produced using processes rarely used in the industry. We soak our unique recipe of FRESH fruits and botanicals for several days in the base spirit which is distilled from corn to provide the most neutral palette possible. Then we cold vacuum distill the infused spirit in our one-of-a-kind, custom-built vacuum column still at below room temperature (approx. 50F); a process which preserves delicate flavors and aromas that are normally cooked out or altered at standard distillation temperatures. The resulting spirit is an award-winning, ultra-smooth, intensely favorful, yet balanced, tropical and aromatic gin that elevates gin cocktails to new heights. The flavors are a harmonious blend of citrus, fresh fruit, spices and botanicals including juniper, mango, grapefruit and orange peel, cardamom, hibiscus, and a few super-secret ingredients... Skeptic® Gin swept the 2018 USA Spirits Ratings awards in San Francisco, winning Best In Show (USA) Gin Of The Year and a Gold Medal (92 points). At the 2019 American Distilling Institute conference in Denver, Skeptic® Gin was awarded a Gold Medal and Best in Category - Contemporary Gin.
