Matusalem Gran Reserva 23-year rum is the premium version of the Matusalem company's rum, aged an average of 23 years and distilled from molasses using the traditional solera process.
Matusalem® makes triple-distilled, hand-crafted, blended spirits. During the Solera method, young and older rums are blended many times in French oak barrels. At the end, Matusalem® bottles Gran Reserva, and younger blends. Gran Reserva 15-year, 18-year and 23-year rums are dark, rich, golden.
