Hand selected maguey/agave roasted in a conical sstone oven. Tahona milled. Naturally fermented in wooden vats. Hints of leather, chile jalapeno and roasted pumpkin. Tobala is distinct with flavors of chile powder, green peppers, smoked sage and lemon oil with a sweet and hermal finish.
Truffle, olives, nuts and hay dominate the aroma of our Tepeztate. Thyme and orange peel give a clean start, the serrano chiles and chestnuts develop it into a spicy and smokey finish.
With the perfect balance of aromas, our Espadín Joven carries notes of orange blossom, honeydew and fresh olives. Upon tasting our Espadín, you will sense hints of anise, apple, and orange oils with high salinity.
