A truly flavourful spirit, Forty Creek Cream is crafted using fresh dairy cream and award winning Forty Creek Canadian whisky. Perfect as an after dinner treat or in your favourite coffee, it’s a smooth and delicious liqueur.
Three Grain Harmony starts with a nose of vanilla, toffee and orange blossom with underlying spice. At first sip, it offers soft, delicate flavors of exotic spices, finishing long and slightly dry. Rye, barley, and corn whiskies are distilled and aged separately in toasted white American Oak barrels while our Master Blender awaited each grain's peak flavor potential. When ready, the liquids were artfully blended to create a truly unique whisky from Canada. This is the 9th limited release from Forty Creek - once it's gone it's gone forever.
For our 10th annual limited edition, we introduced a special and rare whisky to pay tribute to our founder, John K. Hall. After 10 years of special editions, Founder’s Reserve was a truly fitting way to pay tribute to his legacy.
A celebration of both Canada’s 1867 Confederation, and Canadian ingenuity. This whisky is finished for up to 2 years in new Canadian Oak barrels, which have a tighter grain due to Canada’s colder climate, and impart a truly Canadian flavour profile.
Double Barrel is aged in charred American white oak and then finished for an additional 6 months to a year in ex-Bourbon casks to give it a wonderful golden roasted aroma filled with deep vanilla notes and highlighted with toasted spice, pecan and walnuts. There is a caramelized creaminess to the flavor with a rich spice that lifts it off the tongue. The finish is extra-long with a full mouthfeel.
