Created with a desire to offer the epicurean a compliment to cuisine, EG Inspiration stands as a truly culinary spirit. The delicate presence of Lavender and the bold taste of Rosemary create a truly sensory experience. Crafted through a tempered distillation process, the finest American herbs are infused into EG Origin, our base spirit, and gravity fed through coconut husk to create EG Inspiration. An aspirational infusion, EG Inspiration has received an esteemed approval from Master Sommeliers’ as well as the Silver Medal at the 2010 World Spirits Competition. In 2015, EG Inspiration was a finalist at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge where it received a 92 Point rating. That same year, Inspiration won Best-in-Show and took the Double-Gold Medal at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention. Unfiltered, tasting this spirit both neat in a bulbed glass as well as after the introduction of ice, or a few drops of distilled water will provide the palate with two distinctly different experiences.
EG Origin is our base spirit, made with locally sourced organic wheat and water from Oregon’s Bull Run Reservoir, the nation’s most pure natural water source. Distilled only one time and gravity fed through coconut husk, the finish is clean, rich, and smooth. Origin serves as the branch water for all of our infused vodkas, and as such is created with a dedication to the highest standards of quality. Our vodka is bottled only twice a year, with respect to the varying seasonality of our offerings. EG Origin received a 92 Point rating at the 2015 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
A refined experience of aromatics and profile depth, EG WINDSOR captures the tart notes of the bergamot and orange that have been masterfully coaxed from the aged, fair-trade, Earl Grey black tea during distillation and infusion while elevating the palatal texture of the infusion with a creamy and full-bodied expression of freshly harvested sage. An allocated product due to intricacy of creation, EG Windsor has received Publisher’s Choice and a rating of 92 Points by the industry publication, Tasting Panel Magazine. It was also awarded the Silver Medal at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention. Due to the unique distillation and infusion process, enjoy tasting Windsor over time, trying this spirit both neat in a bulbed glass, as well as with the addition of either a single ice cube or distilled water.
