World renowned Breckenridge Vodka meets Turkish Chili and Colorado-grown Pueblo Chile to bring you a smoky-forward feast on the pallet.
Colorado’s Western Slope produces some of our Nation’s finest fruits, and we always look forward to the summer harvest. Year after year we pressed these pears for cider and selfishly drank it all ourselves—sorry, but not really. The decision to make pear Brandy for the flavor base in this Vodka was born from the request of our favorite bartenders who had a niche to fill. The balance, beautiful pear notes, and mouthfeel of this Vodka have made it an instant favorite.
We’re obsessed with flavors and revere the coffee bean. Finding the right Swiss water decaffeinated espresso beans to marry with the intense mineral content of our Breckenridge water took a lot more effort than we could have ever imagined. Eventually we found the best way to brew this espresso in house and blend with our Vodka for a sipper or cocktail base that is full flavored and not overly sweet.
Clean and brilliantly clear with notes of lemon cream and fragrant meadow flowers. Light body with a soft, warm texture and balanced mellow finish displaying just a hint of sweetness. Minerality of the Breckenridge water used for blending and proofing lends to the perfect mouth feel.
Colorado rum with spices and brown sugar. Turbinado sugars and dark molasses, mashed and distilled in house, are aged in gold medal-winning Breckenridge Bourbon casks then finished with roots, spices and dried fruits. It would taste a lie to say it wasn’t what we always wanted.
This fragrant American-style gin stays true to the Breckenridge ideals of mouthfeel and flavor. A juniper body is balanced with notes of bright citrus and complimentary spicy undertones achieved through maceration during distillation. The delicate floral notes layered throughout the profile are extracted through botanical basket distillation.
