Oatmeal stout brewed with 10 specialty malts, cocoa nibs, and 1 pound of natural toasted coconut per gallon. Huge flavors of coconut and rich chocolate are paired with custom roasted oats from Valley Malt to imbue this beer with a smooth and flavorful punch. The brew is named after Massachusetts beer blogger Norman Miller, who asked for us to make it a coconut beer until we caved. Norm’s pleading has resulted in one of our most celebrated beers.
