We love hops, so much so that we stay awake at night thinking about them. With more than 3 lbs of hops per barrel, we brewed this beer to cure our Insomnia. We chose Caramel 20 to keep the color light and to accentuate the hops. Insomnia has a mother lode of hop flavor and aroma. Tons of citrus, grapefruit and pine hit you in the nose and in the mouth. The 2 Row and Caramel malts give Insomnia a velvety malt sweetness and the brandy-like finish.
