Widowmaker Brewing Sstainless

Sstainless 003 is the third release in our rotating IPA series! With this series we truly hope to push the limits of our brewhouse and our own processes. With this batch we wanted to experiment with quantities. The brew day consisted of our largest grist to date, as well as our largest kettle charge and whirpool additions. In fermentation we adjusted pitch and dry hop rates and timelines, varying from our standard dry-hopping process.The different varieties were added to this hopped out IPA: Citra, Michigan Chinook, Mosaic.
