Rated on 3-18-2013 (Bottle) This beer’s appearance is a small beige head that is mostly lasting, hazy amber body, fast rising carbonation and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is toasted malt, pine, earthy hops, and sweet. The flavor is pine hops, semi-sweet, malt, roasted, and burnt. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this is a medium bodied beer. This beer has a lingering roasted, burnt aftertaste. I do not like the roasted, burnt aspect of this beer.
