Temescal Citra Single Hop IPA

We upped the dry hop for the second batch of this hazy IPA. Tons of sticky guava, mandarin orange zest, and sweet pineapple. The aroma on this beer is extremely explosive, and Ryan hates it because it has all those overripe tropical fruits that Mike likes. A slightly higher (for us) finishing gravity really plays up the sweet tropical fruits and I think really makes the beer “juicy”. Low bitterness, soft, juicy, this one really hits on all the Hazy IPA points that made these beers so different from West Coast IPA when they squeezed onto the scene.
