Belgian Coast IPA pours hazy gold to amber with a thick, pillowy 3” slightly off-white foam cap that perches up above the rim of the glass. A grassy, citrusy hop nose melds with yeast driven fruit aromas and malt derived biscuit. The palate begins with peach and biscuit with a mild sweetness quickly followed by grapefruit rind bitterness that pleasantly lingers. Medium full body and moderate carbonation.
