Solarc Session Gruit

So this one's a session beer. The gruit part refers to the fact that this beer is brewed with almost no hops (these is in fact a legal limit - all beers must contain at least 1 IBU! This beer has about 9.). Instead we use other flavorful ingredients to creat balance in the beer, in this case chamomile and elderberry. The outcome is a light and floral brew that is at once familiar and unexpected, and is both drinkable and worth spending time with. Get to know your local Session Gruit!
