Jerk bird is a 9.5 percent ABV Belgian-style “Golden Ale” that is brewed with pils, flaked wheat and special aromatic malts as well as polaris hops. In addition, according to the label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the new beer incorporates “Co-morbid Primary Fermentation” and brettanomyces claussenii yeast.
