This big stout is a force to be reckoned with. With an aroma of roast and dark fruits, the beer has a medium body and moderate sweetness from the lactose and oats to balance the roasted malts. We use locally roasted Buon Giorno Estate Espresso whole beans to give it a moderate coffee aroma and taste without too much caffeine.
