Four Corners El Chingon India Pale Ale Craft Beer is a quintessentially American IPA. Hecho en Tejas with a combination of Columbus, Cascade and Centennial hops, this American beer is given a final kick of Falconer's Flight, 7C Blend at the end of its boil. That blend is packed full of additional Crystal, Columbus, Cluster, Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops. A robust build of Munich malt and pale malt topped with Santiam leave this IPA beer fairly bitter yet pleasantly hoppy with plenty of flavor to go around.
