This beer has a gorgeous appearance – a reddish-purple hue, with a pink foam head that sticks around longer than expected, and leaves no lacing, as is expected. Wonderful aromas of raspberries, hay, barnyard funk. Classic Cantillon scents – simply wonderful. The aroma alone is worthy of praise and attention. This beer is truly excellent.
