This Southern Pale Ale is brewed with local wildflower honey from Pasco county. This lends it a refreshing sweetness that is well balanced with Mosaic hops. Arcus rolls in (like the cloud formation for which it gets it's name) with a 6.2% ABV. You'll taste a clean sweet finish after it's intense citrusy hop aroma.
