What started as a small group of home brewers, who simply wanted to make a better beer, evolved into the adventurers known today as Ballast Point. Ballast Point Lager is a very clean drinking, lager-style beer with an interesting ester contribution from Kolsch yeast. A faint fruit basket, beginning with honeysuckle and delicate banana bread notes that open you up as you continue to dive in.
