A German style Pilsner, Trumer Pils is characterized by a distinct hops flavor, high carbonation and light body. A combination of Saaz and Austrian hops, malt mashing process and proprietary yeast make Trumer Pils unique among beers.

Perhaps a quarter finger off-white head. Fades quickly and leaves no lacing. Clear and light amber in color. Smells like a barleywine, smelling bright golden raisins, prunes, brown sugar, and floral notes. Tastes very much like aromatics, picking up notes of honey. Very much like a barleywine or even a mead in certain aspects. Mouth-feel is very gentle, which surprised me considering the strength. Medium syrupy body. Minimal carbonation and warming sensation from alcohol, yet sweetness overcomes the drying feel I was expecting. Leaves a slick, oily feel on mouth, with a lingering aftertaste. Very interesting beer, one I'd be happy to pick up again, and will try to save some for cellaring.

Stiegl-Weizengold is proof positive that we at the Stiegl Brewery in Salzburg are just as much experts at brewing "weissbier" as the Bavarians: Stiegl-Weizengold. 12 ° original gravity, 5.3 % alcohol by volume, finest ingredients, top-fermenting process. All of these are responsible for top quality and an unmistakable flavour. Stiegl-Weizengold is available in two types, the lighter-coloured "Hefefein" and the darker "Dunkel". "Hefefein" weissbier from Salzburg, is refreshing, untreated and invigorating. Brewed by Brauerei Riegele, Augsburg, Germany under supervision of the Stiegl Brauerei.

Hazy golden color with floating particles. White foamy 3 finger head lasting around 5 minutes. Strong legs with subtle activity. Faint aromas and flavors of grains with floral and herbal spices. Sharp and crisp taste of pleasant bitterness. Light slick body with some nice carbonation. Well intensified but short finish, ending with slightly dry bitter mouth coating.

EDELWEISS Hefetrüb is unfiltered, golden and very fruity with a slight banana nose. Refreshingly this fine sparkling wheat beer offers spice-like flavors on the palate.

Elegant beer enjoyment blended with the pleasing bitterness of hops. Glossy and pale yellow, it is agreeably lively with a dry, thin body. Certain to invigorate the palate with a fresh bouquet of aromatic hops from Mühlviertel and a pronounced bitterness in the finish.

With an intense shade of red that Benno reminiscent of a sunny autumn day in the Danube valley. The fine bubbles forms a compact foam, which complex, spicy, grassy hops aromas releases. After a lean Antrunk of Alsatian hops plays the variety Strissel Saplter his strength and spiciness from! supported by pleasant malt aroma, sounds from this Trappist beer with an intense, harmonious bitter.
