The first Oktoberfest was brewed in 1810 for the wedding of Prince Ludwig of Bavaria. Traditionally, Oktoberfest is brewed in March and lagered in caves during the Summer. To this day, Oktoberfest is celebrated in September at the same location in Munich. Our version steps out of bounds with a more complex malt profile and higher ABV, while still maintaining the traditional dry, noble hop finish. Prost!
What do you do when our Be Hoppy® IPA isn`t hoppy enough for you? Seek out it’s award winning bigger brother! This beer is a hop bomb of epic proportions. Double dry hopped with Galaxy evoking aromas of passionfruit and citrus. It`s aggressive and well balanced all at the same time.
Brewed with an abundance of hops. Once we started hopping this beer stopping was impossible. Emphasizing Amarillo, Horizon, Summit, and Glacier hops with support from 5 other American varieties. Hops were added in every conceivable part of the brewing process. Whole leaf in the mash, hop forwarded (lautered through whole cones), hop backed, first wort hopped, kettle hopped with pellets and extract, and dry hopped in the fermenter and brite tanks. No expense was spared to bring you HOPULENCE! *8.5% ABV, 120 IBU’s
Be Hoppiest Triple IPA is here. We originally created this recipe in honor of our 5th anniversary and the response was overwhelming. This full-bodied beer is double dry hopped creating huge flavors reminiscent of pineapple, candied fruit and citrus for surprisingly smooth Triple IPA.
We selected the rare Buddha’s hand, a variety of citron with long fingers and no fruit inside, along with grapefruit peel at the end of the boil to reinforce the citrus qualities of our American hops. Intense zest and flavorful but not bitter pith contribute to the juicy hop profile of this unique brew.
Don't Worry is our take on the Right Coast IPA. With the perfect amount of amber haze, big tropical fruit aromatics and a touch of juicy hop bitterness, you don't have to worry because this IPA will make you hoppy. Have a great IPA!
Reddish-gold hazy unfiltered brew. Pungent aroma of citrus, floral spice, and grapefruit. Decidedly bitter palate with a medium light body. Flavors of hoppy grapefruit give way to a dry finish. Our Hop Back and Double Dry Hop process ensure aromatics that are in your face coupled with an obscene amount of kettle hops that should make all bitter beer fans and hop heads love Wormtown’s Be Hoppy I.P.A.!
