Features a blend of 5 hop varieties that delivers an intense hop experience with a smooth finish. Big tangerine and grapefruit aromas power Left Eye, Right Eye while the malt flavors are purposefully subdued. Fresh and lively hop character.
This creamy and crazy ale takes our Burnt Fog Smoked Porter recipe, drops the smoked malt and adds peanut butter, chocolate and lactose sugar. The combination produced a creamy peanut butter cup of a beer fitting of a celebration and capable of easing the winter doldrums. Nukin’ Futz was brewed for our 3rd anniversary on New Year’s Eve but will continue as an occasional release.
Bee Line Blonde is a light ale Track 7-style. The body is crisp and reminiscent of a lager. Munich and Vienna malts provide nuance, and the incorporation of Sacramento-area wildflower honey to the kettle gives Bee Line its dry finish. The hop profile is restrained with just enough bittering and flavor additions to remind you that Track 7 is a West Coast brewery. The result is a delicate ale with hints of flowers on the nose and a subtle spice on the pallet. Looking for something unassuming, easy-drinking and sessionable? Make a beeline to this blonde.
