Dawn pays homage to traditional German Pilsners with a sublime balance between malt and hop. Old and new hop varieties make Dawn appealing to both traditionalists and adventurous Pilsner lovers alike. A refreshing and sessionable lager.
Made with Superior Pilsner malt, flaked wheat and oats, this unfiltered IPA has waves of fresh melon and hand-squeezed citrus notes from a happy blend of Cashmere, Lemondrop, Citra, and Azacca hops. A juicy treat that lingers like a hazy dream.
Brimming with pithy grapefruit, light pine, and floral hop notes, and a bold yet balanced bitterness which lingers on one’s palate.
The Parkside Brewery has used 5 different hops to brew up the Parkside Motel Pale Ale. This beer comes in 473ml cans and pours clouded-golden in colour with a finger and a half of lacing head. There are some noticeable chunks that are floating the beer as well. The aroma is big with tropical fruit flavours of mango, orange, lemon and passion fruit. This likely has a strong Mosaic Hop contingent in the recipe. Tasting the beer it has a balanced sweetness and bitterness along side the big fruity hop flavour. Not overly bitter, there is just enough to balance the sweetness and make for a big flavoured, easy drinking beer. This brew takes the new-school mentality of a North East IPA, and scales it into a more balanced package of a 5.8% pale ale.
