Dry and juicy farmhouse style IPA fermented entirely with a blend of Brettanomyces
Saison aged in wine barrels with Brettanomyces and sage added.
Flanders style ale aged in oak with fresh cherries and blueberries. This lambic style beer is aged two years in oak cabernet barrels with fresh cherries and blueberries. Batches are carefully blended for a dark burgundy-colored ale that is tart with a warm, sweet finish.
The first of four in our foudre series. This multiculture golden ale is sour, oaky, musty and ever changing. Aurelia is a solaris project, and each batch will have its own unique characteristics that are rooted in the initial batch.
Our love for traditional lagers and French saisons has come to a head. This pilsner-style beer fermented with our house Saison blend brings slight spice and esters to the simple, but clean malt bill for a crisp and refreshing beer. A votre santé.
Light, rustic golden farmhouse ale. This is the base beer on which the Provisions series is based.
A farmhouse style ale brewed with Szechuan peppercorns, genmaicha, rosehips, pears, and honey. Higashino Farmhouse Ale is fermented with a mixed culture containing two strains of Brettanomyces, imparting a dry, tart, and sweet flavor with an earthy presence hinting towards umami. If you enjoy our Provisions multi-grain Saison, you’ll enjoy this version of a farmhouse ale with Brett yeast and an Asian twist. Playing within the esters of it’s unique yeast blend, there are noted subtleties of pear, spice, citrus, and “earth”.
