Introducing Unchained #18, Hop Silo. Brought to you by Summit Brewer Eric Harper, it’s our first Double IPA. With an intense hop profile of citrus with herbal and pine undertones and a supporting backbone of imported UK malts.
Brewed in the classic Märzen style with Northern Brewer hops from Germany. Rich, toffee malt flavors up front with a clean hop finish as crisp as the autumn air. Unfortunately, like the fall colors, this seasonal beer is gone before you know it. Now available in 12oz cans!

There’d be no Summit Dakota Soul without the Moravian 37 barley grown exclusively by our founder’s cousins near Rugby, North Dakota. Crafted from farm to finish right here in Grain Country, this traditional Czech-style pilsener features notes of English biscuits, honey and graham cracker, plus a floral, spicy hop finish thanks to genuine Saaz hops and the new American hop variety Loral.
An inspired hybrid that blurs the boundaries between IPA and Amber styles. The exceptional blend of American hops (including the harder-to-find Horizon variety and the enigmatic Mosaic) gives it an intense pine, citrus and earthy character in the nose and on the tongue.
This traditional English style was originally brewed with extra hops to help it survive the voyage to India. Our IPA is enlightened by spicy herbal hops with a hint of caramel malt sweetness.
Our Double IPA anniversary brew uses a highly aromatic experimental Orbit hop blend from New Zealand and the new U.S. variety Equinox. For a bold citrus and tropical fruit hop character worth toasting. Cheers to 30 years of independent thinkers and drinkers!
Named after the Norse goddess Sága, drinking companion of the God Odin. With a divine tropical fruit hop aroma and clean, assertive bitterness.
