For this exploration into our Modulation series, we used a special blend of German grown Amarillo hops. With lots harvested at three different stages, each lot contributes unique flavor and aroma. In Mod12 we get flavor and aroma notes of dank citrus and tropical fruits all built on a soft malt platform.
Waves Crash In is the first beer developed out of our modulation series of hoppy ales. A classic New England IPA with a soft, restrained bitterness, we get bright flavors and aromas of citrus, orange and lemon with an essence of pine.
Oatverlords is brewed with an oat heavy grain bill and aggressively dry hopped rakau and Citra.
There’s nothing quite like cracking open that gatefold double album and rolling…some great tunes! Packed with tropical dank notes of pineapple, lychee and sauvignon blanc grapes. Brewed for drinking ultra fresh and enjoying with your favorite music.
A light and refreshing session ale. Candied Mango and floral aromas up front give way to a sweet malt and citrus zest flavor with just a hint of bitterness to keep you coming back for another sip.
A New England style IPA brewed with a recently rediscovered Nordic yeast strain called Kveik. We added a heavy dose of Enigma and Eukanot to the dry hop for flavors and aromas of bright orange peel, stone fruit and a hint of petrichor on the nose. We invited our friends from 3Cross Fermentation Cooperative of Worcester to brew this beer specially for the Great Mass Collab beer festival.
Tipping the hi-hat to a former tenant of our building that manufactured a certain percussion instrument. Cymbals Pale Ale is brewed with a simple base of barley, wheat and crystal malt as the background for the hops to ride on. A crash of Bright citrus and floral aromas are followed by a splash of flavors including orange, grapefruit, tangerine and papaya.
